Events

An IEEE event, at its 47th edition, the CAS conference annually brings together prominent researchers, academic experts, students and industry specialists to share innovative ideas and recent advances in the field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices.

Authors are invited to submit original papers on the following topics:
– Nanoscience and nanoengineering
– Micro- and nanophotonics and optoelectronics
– Microwave and millimeter wave circuits and systems
– Microsensors and microsystems
– Modelling
– Semiconductor devices
– Integrated circuits

The accepted papers (4 pages) at CAS conference will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

Best Paper Awards and the Best Student Papers Awards will be announced at the conference banquet.
